
Okay so practice is back! :) I had 4 weeks off (1 including the week i sat out due to my back injury) My back held me back from doing so many things this summer.. I literally wasted 1 whole week in august just to rest my back and stay home. Staying on the computer the whole time, watching tv, or sleeping, it didn't really help much. I finally started cracking it, and with a solid hard chair i would twist both ways and my back would crack 3 times. It felt really good, and one morning I woke up and I usually twist to see if the pains gone, and it felt so weird! I didn't feel the uncomfortable-ness I usually get when i wake up. So in my head, I was like really nervous to get up and actually see if the pain was gone, and i got up and twisted it more &a little pain was still there. Reasonable, but i was really happy. As i started cracking my back daily it really helped me. I only got a kyro check up once, and it did help alittle, but not alot. I was really disappinted though because i felt like jv was my year, I loved practice and i never really felt lazy about going. I improved so much and my back just had to screw me over. I really hope I still get to play during season.. ive loved volleyball ever since 4th grade. I missed a week of practice time, which might effect my playing time. Lets pray i step it up these 2 weeks before school starts. Im pretty excited to be back! :)
